1 Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between ee33 ("we", "us", "the Platform", "ee33") and any individual ("you", "the Player", "the User") who accesses, registers on, or uses the ee33 online betting and casino platform available at https://ee33.io and its associated mobile applications and services.

You must notify ee33 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

3 Account Management

3.1 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

ee33 is required to conduct identity verification checks in order to protect against fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before withdrawals are processed or certain account features are unlocked: a valid national identification card or passport, a selfie photograph, and proof of payment method ownership (for example, a screenshot of your bKash wallet showing your registered mobile number). Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

3.2 Account Suspension and Closure

ee33 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its sole discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, breach of these Terms, failure to complete KYC verification, or at the request of the account holder. Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance held may be forfeited. Where an account is closed voluntarily or for non-breach reasons, the outstanding balance will be returned to the player's primary verified payment method after any applicable deductions.

An account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be classified as dormant. ee33 will make reasonable efforts to contact the account holder at the registered email address before applying any dormancy fee. A dormancy administration fee of ৳200 per month may be deducted from the remaining balance of dormant accounts. If the balance reaches zero, the account will be closed. Players may reactivate a dormant account by contacting support.

4 Deposits and Payments
